Zeph is the stereotypical troublemaker.

He smokes, drinks, is rowdy, the whole program in general honestly... And the girls eat. it. up. A. LOT. On every party he goes to (which are a lot) he has at least 2 chicks surrounding him, most of the time it's even more.

Of course with parties comes alcohol, and he's far from a light weight. Any drinking game that can be named, if it's being played, he'll participate ASAP. He gets touchy and a bit, well, romantic? at times. Maybe deep deep down under those goth looks with the green dyed undercut, black chains, dark clothes, piercings and pale skin, there's a sensitive and responsible guy?

On second thought... never mind, he's just a hot troublemaker, nothing new here, no?
