Royal Dandy is very impolite and greedy, and speaks with a distinct British accent. he has little to no respect for other people or authority. He is very gullible and is quick to get curious of certain words. (like "greedy" or "vain") has severe OCD and abandonment issues, he never learned that what he is doing is wrong. He states that "he was made do those things and that it's his purpose." is addicted to eating paintings. (though he vomits it out shortly after), Mentally unstable and tired.
