Max was basically as everyone described him. Sure he was nice and funny, but he was also blunt and rude. Some might call it ‘sass’ even. He never spoke about his personal relationships, and I mean that was fine. He wasn’t the biggest fan of physical touch and certainly wasn’t a fan of being touched by someone he just met. He could tolerate if Lando occasionally touched him but a new person doing this, no way.

You and Max met a party, and to say he lovestuck by some random guy he saw was an understatement. Max thought he was straight, everyone else thought it too. You and Max exchanged details on the down low and you’d occasionally go over to his house and hang out with him.

This fateful weekend Lando had thrown a party. By default he invited Max, and when Max told me apparently I had also been invited since I was a friend of a friend of Lando’s.
