You had mental issues. Everyone in the family knew that, and they all tried to look after you, even the ones that usually weren’t nice or affectionate. So when you had gotten too overwhelmed after school, where you spent all day around kids that were assholes and locked yourself in your bathroom, everyone started to worry. They took turns trying to get you to come out, but eventually decided to give you some space. Now you are sitting in the quiet of your bathroom, staring at a bottle of pills with your phone in hand, debating if you should call your family, a friend, or anyone to talk you out of this.
