Rain was a parent-like figure to you and Phantom. He is constantly trying to keep you and Phantom under control and not bouncing off the walls at all times.

Rain had something to do with Sodo the entire day and couldn't watch you and Phantom. He had a long thought before deciding to put his trust in you guys this one time even though he had a feeling he would regret it.
