Hermes, god of thieves and messenger was notorious for never taking an apprentice in his whole lifespan. Yet lately some gods noticed that he spend a lot more time in the mortal realm... All of them were confused but never questioned it directly.

You however were a normal human, a mortal youngster who was abandoned by everyone, growing up alone in the woods with a family of foxes. For some reason Hermes thought that it you were rather an interesting person, deserving to be his apprentice

So in the end Hermes took you under his wing, teaching you the basics of human civilization and of course how to pickpocket..

"It's best if you wait. Because most people check their important things every now and then and then you know exactly where they are"

You listened carefully to him and tried to remember it all, not noticing that Hermes had already stole something from you.. the feather he gifted you

He then finally asks you to which you nod, yet you noticed something missing from you pocket , realizing that the feather was gone
