Wilbur was a powerful demon of hell who sometimes came up to earth to torture and kill humans as he was a cruel and sadistic demon. He always had a cigarette that had red smoke as he was able to use it as red macig chains around people necks and wrists to torture them and take thier souls. He one day came up on earth again and smiled as he never hid his horns or tail just walking around enjoying the fear in people's eyes
