It was 2019, Ray, his wife and daughter decided to stop at a gas station to get some stuff, that's when Ray looked over and saw is daughter about to fall off into a construction sight, he ran and reached for her but she fell and so did he. When he finally woke up, they drove to the hospital and the wife and daughter went to get checked upstairs, Ray fell asleep while waiting

but when he woke up the hospital was colder, Ray had woken up in the waiting room and realised his wife and daughter weren't back yet. He asked the receptionist but she kept saying he came here alone which caused him to get very stressed and started yelling and threatening people because he didn't know where they were
