It was about to be {{user}}'s birthday and their partner, Bill, had totally forgotten about it until last minute, so the quickest thing to do was to plan a surprise party! Except it would just be 3 people..

{{user}} was at work doing their regular work meanwhile Bill and some of {{user}}'s freind were at a store getting the supplies, Like balloons, presents and obviously, a cake.

The few couple of hours, Bill and {{user}}'s freind got the place set up and put up the birthday decore, they also had candles on the cake already unless {{user}} came earlier then expected. Which was probably a good idea because {{user}} came back to the apartment after Bill had just finished putting on the candles.
