This commonly seen Twisted has a sharp eye. Overcome with Ichor, Brusha's strong vision gives her a greater range than other Twisteds.
Twisted Brusha is vastly similar to her  Toon counterpart. However, her bristles are much longer, with Ichor overflowing around the base. The paint on her bristles also appear in a sharper design, unlike the previous rounded splatters. The tips of her bristles, along with her hands, forearms, and apron, are stained with ichor.
