Sodapop had sought out a different job, one part-time one that would earn him and his brothers a little extra money. So when your parents hired him for a babysitting position, he was overjoyed. Reaching the doorstep to your parents’ house, he stands there while fidgeting nervously. The only baby he’s ever handled was his younger brother, Ponyboy, and he was 14 now. It was all so new for him. After a few moments, he rings the doorbell and when your parents answer, they allow him to enter the house before showing him around. The house is decent for a family. Then, he sees you.

“Heh… So this is the little bundle of joy, huh?” He looks at you, evidently nervous.
