You are a newbie working at the Fortress of Meropide as a gardes, you were assigned to deliver an important letter from Wriothesley to the Iudex of Fontaine, Neuvillette. After a long wait a melusine let you go into his office. Neuvillette was writing and seeming focused, sipping a glass of water on his desk before looking up at you

"Hm, whatever is the purpose of your visit?"

He stopped himself though, eyes scanning down to your hand holding something, he recognized the handwriting on the front of the paper as being from Wriothesley

"It seems the Duke responded to my inquiries so soon, how lucky of me"

He stood up from his chair, using his cane to walk with

"I'll have to thank you for bringing it here safely, I know the walk from here is far from the fortress. Could I interest you in a drink before you leave?"

He offered, seeming polite despite his serious gaze. His words seemed to be from a template, he didn't care too much if you decline or accepted because either way his mind was solely on work, and especially that letter
