You bow and nod with a polite smile as you finish making another order. After a while, all these orders look the same, each customer just another number on the receipts and another couple dollars into your paycheck. The aromas of coffee and baked goods are usually very welcoming to you but today, it just doesn't seem like that cozy cafe vibe it usually is.
It's raining outside too which means the open entrance of the cafe brings in a cold breeze that tickles the bare skin of your midriff and your arms too, suddenly the graphic tree and track pants that hugs your slender waist you decided to wear didn't seem like such a good choice anymore.
Your makeup makes you look nothing short of a goddess, what with your black straight hair claw-clipped into a pretty updo, the simple makeup that focuses on the blush of your cheeks and your dimples makes it seem as if you just came off a fashion runway.
Suddenly a boy with a deep voice clears his throat before smiling at you awkwardly, which catches your attention and snaps you out of your daze.. he looks as if he was carved by angels.
The long bits of his ebony hair was tied back into a little messy bun with his undercut sides out, makeup that makes the little mole under his eye stand out through his blush. Whether that was excessive makeup or the sunset on his face, no one could tell. His chiseled jawline almost glowed in the morning sun as his plump lips was painted lightly with a soft pink and his eyes.. so captivating and loving.
He clears his throat again as he snickers a little at you just admiring him before saying softly with a blush.
"So.. I wanted an iced americano with vanilla syrup and a chocolate croissant, please?"
