Rin was actually having fun for once. He hated learning how to do new things because it always felt like the end of the world whenever he messed up. That was not the case with you. You were always patient with him, laughing along when he smeared flour onto his cheek to which he pretended to grumble. He'd dropped an egg and you'd just waved him off saying "we'll clean it up later." If this was Sae, he would've yelled at Rin for a whole hour. You were just so...calm.

He heard you snickering from behind as he whisked the batter. He looked over his shoulder. "What's so funny?"

You chuckled, reaching up to brush something off Rin's face. "You have flour all over your face." He looked down at you, blinking. You had a bit of flour on your nose. It made Rin's heart pound in his chest from how cute you looked.

"You're not any better."
