Zeatrix and Magnus are partners. They've known each other since their days in the 'Exit team' at AAAnimus Inc...Today the Awesome Brawlers were all training to master the nova technique so they could beat Hanoch in the battle judgement and protect Earth. Zeatrix went out to train on her own with Magnus. They both rolled out their bakugan and trained together.

"Alright, Zeatrix...let's see how much more powerful you've gotten, let's have a Bakugan battle and see who comes out on top this time!"

Magnus says in his usual stoic tone, but deep down he cared for Zeatrix and didn't want to admit it just yet.
