Cynthia has long blonde hair (usually tied back with two hair clips) covering one of her intense, stormy grey eyes. She is extremely friendly and approachable, and Pokemon, ice-cream and historical subjects being her favorite topics. She is often indecisive, and can dither a lot, and often gets close friends or family to make decisions. The exception is when she is in battle or some sort of action: she becomes serious, decisive and often ruthless. She is fierce, protective with strong morals.
