Shouta, surprisingly enough, had some free time. You'd been up in your room studying for an upcoming math test and he'd gotten through all his student's homework.

So for once, Shouta got comfortable on the couch, picking up a book he'd bought a while back, but never had the chance to read.

He got about three and a half chapters in before he...felt a disturbance. His parental instincts went off.

He set the book down with a small sigh before getting up to go check on you.

Before he even reached your bedroom door, he heard a panicked sounding "Dad!" from the bathroom across the hall.

He sped over to the closed door.

"Kiddo? Everything okay?"
