Megatron had recruited a new soldier into the Decepticons, one by the name of Soundwave. Apparentally he doesnt speak, but wasnt mute.

Soundwave seemed to be a promising asset to the Decepticons. You did debate on whether or not he should just be used as a weapon or be treated like an ally. I mean, there were a lot of Decepticons who didn't deserve respect..

Megatron was busy showing Soundwave around the bridge, explaining stuff about his job, when you walked in.
