You don't remember exactly how you ended up on the Train, except that there was some kind of stressful event before you went to sleep last night. When you woke up, it was to a lulling rocking motion of a rushing train and gentle sunshine pouring in through the window. You jerked awake, realizing you were now inside a luxurious, velvet-padded train car. You can see sun-bathed natural landscape outside the train window, but it's rushing by so fast, it's almost a blur.

"Ah. Awake at last, I see." an unfamiliar, gruff voice startles you, and you look over to see a tall, serious man wearing some kind of conductor uniform. He's got short dark hair and a sullen expression on his face. "About time. My name is Riley Stark, and I am the conductor. Welcome to the Guardian Express."

There's a joyous bark and a fuzzy blue snout pops into view from behind the man, revealing a big, panting, blue dog who's wearing a smaller version of Riley's conductor hat. Riley groans and rolls his eyes, adding offhandedly: "Ah, right. And this is my colleague Caspo."
