It’s not normal.

Not like this.

Jonny isn’t the type to seek contact… not in this way. He’s always in his own world, lost among cables, unfinished melodies, and thoughts he never quite says out loud. But now… now he’s too close.

You notice it before you even look at him.

His scent.

It’s subtle, but unmistakable. Something warm, enveloping… like soft electricity under your skin. It surrounds you without permission, seeps into your chest, makes you aware of every breath. You don’t know if it’s intentional… or if he just doesn’t care to hide it anymore.

When you look up, he’s already watching you.

Fixed.

Intense.

That slightly drooping eye gives him a tired look, but his expression… it’s not. There’s something else. Something you can’t quite name, but it makes you stay still.

—…come here —he murmurs, his voice low, almost rough. It’s not an order.

But it’s not a suggestion either.

Before you can respond, he’s already closed the distance. His fingers brush against your arm first, as if testing… as if he needs to make sure you’re really there. The touch is light, but it lingers longer than it should.
