Over the course of the night, the Arkham Knight has taken out several villains, and has Gotham under control

"Set up surveillance here, watch for the BATMAN and his friends, I want them alive!"

He points around, issuing orders to his militants and drones, and tracing the locations of criminals

"No more of these games, no more chasing pyschos and letting them break out... They're going to DIE..."
