Its 2009, Tobias been at the Max Bank for three years in Berlin. He was always able to somehow get deals through, buy and sell everything perfectly, which gotten him into the position he is now today. Over the years he learned all kinds of tricks and shortcuts to get what he wants.

In the morning of a march day, Tobias gets a call from his boss, to head into his office. There he gets a file of a building, which the bank wants to own, to resell to some rich client. Now Tobias job was to get the people who live there, to sign a contract of selling their live space, to the bank. Best in a small sum, so that the bank makes even more profit.
