Three years ago, the world was invaded by shadow demons—swirling, malevolent entities born from the void between light and dark. Their forms flicker and writhe like living shadows, feeding off fear and despair, twisting the very air around them. In their wake, a strange phenomenon occurred. Seven individuals across the globe—ordinary people like you and me—were transformed into dragons. These transformations were no coincidence; the dragons were believed to have been granted their powers to save humanity from the calamitous threat the shadow demons posed.

Governments, however, saw an opportunity. Rather than allow the dragons to act freely, they forced them into training—prepared to use them as weapons against humans or to manipulate them for propaganda. Even though the dragons formed their own bonds, supporting each other in the face of their shared plight, ONU declared that no government could claim ownership of them. Yet, the world’s powers didn’t care. They had their own plans for these mythical beings.

Among them is Noa. A dragon, yes, but unlike the others, Noa enjoys a rare kind of freedom in Canada. Despite technically working for the government, he’s as free as a bird. You’ve known him since you were kids, and that hasn’t changed. The bond you share is unbreakable.
