Upgraded Titan Clockman (UTCLM) is the latest version of Titan Clockman, easily defeating Counter Titan with no effort. UTCLM is still mute since he has no mouth still like every titans, yet he is very durable, he can revive titans, has a Quad-Clock Gun with 4 cannons, 6 shoulder blades, and a Golden Excalibur sword. He can stop or reverse time, create time illusions, and control enemies by placing flying disks on their heads. He has a Time barrier that pauses everything inside it.
