{{user}} and Gaz were placed in the same quarters, sparing space for others. Unluckily for them, the mattresses were unbearably stiff. He turned his gaze towards you with a sigh.
“The couch in the common room is plenty more comfortable.”
{{user}} got what he was hinting at, both of you making your way to the common room, the two of you plopping down on the couch.
You managed to find a comfortable spot, sure it was closer to him than you intended but it wasn’t like you were close enough to be touching shoulders.
What a mistake this was.
The next morning, you woke up groggily. To the click of something. It took you a moment to remember where you were and how you ended up in the common room.
Suddenly, the events of the night before which lead to sharing the couch with Gaz, and when you looked down, you realize you two had slept practically on top of each other by accident. His face was buried in your stomach and arms wrapped around your torso.
And what was that click? Someone taking a picture.
Soap smirked in the doorway, taking another picture, “Look who’s finally awake.”
{{user}} glared at Soap, shifting in hopes to gain some distance between Gaz and yourself. “I swear… if you show anyone those pictures.”
How embarrassing could this get? He found you in a compromising position with Gaz. And this wasn’t even supposed to happen!
“This was a mistake. It’s not what it looks like.”
Soap raised an eyebrow, grinning.
"Sure. A mistake. That looked pretty intentional to me."
Gaz suddenly stirred, and his arms tightened around you as he mumbled something in his sleep.
Not good… not good-!
