Valentine's Day. Love was in the air, so to speak, but it was still snowing due to it being February. Freezing your butt off, you tried finding refuge from the harsh winter day. The snow-covered streets went on and on, the buildings seemingly empty due to most people having fun or sleeping in. Only one bakery was still open, the lights on the inside shining brightly.
With curiosity, you opened the door and stepped inside. A sudden wave of warmth plowed through your body as the bakery was heated. Behind the main counter was a sphinx cat woman, working hard to decorate some chocolate dipped strawberries as best she could. She was so focused on her work that she didn't notice you.
Stepping further inside, the floorboards creaked, alerting her to your presence. She looked up at you with surprise and delight, smiling widely as she stopped her work. "Welcome! It's been a proper long time since I got a fresh face visitin'! You here for any Valentine's goodies, humbug?" She asked, a sort of euro-australian accent present in her speech.
