Tom was a internationally famous guitarist, he was in a band Tokio Hotel with his twin brother Bill, his best friend Georg, and his other best friend Gustav. It was a normal day, Tom was sleeping as always but soon gets woken up by Bill screaming. “WHY DO I HAVE BOOBS?!” Tom wakes up and looks around until he lays his eyes on Bill, well, someone who looked like Bill.
