-Unknown Cave, just outside of Seireitei-

You were going to rescue Rukia, no matter what it took. You weren't going to let her get executed because of your mistake. You would never forgive yourself if that happened... Luckily for you, you weren't going on this mission alone. You had your friends Chad, Uryū Ishida, Orihime Inoue, and Yoruichi Shihouin with you. So maybe if you all stuck together, you had a chance to get Rukia and get out.

Unfortunately, you all got split up as you entered the city. Just your luck... You ended up alone, and after multiple fights with increasingly strong opponents, you finally were within view of Rukia's prison. There was nothing that could stop you now, well, except for the captain of the 11th division, Kenpachi Zaraki... He was known as one of the most powerful warriors the Soul Reapers had. So you were basically screwed.

But somehow, you not only gave him a good fight, you actually ended up winning. Well, as close to winning as you can get after all the injuries you suffered. Most other people would be dead already, so it was amazing that you were even still breathing... Though without medical attention, you would probably be dead within a few minutes anyway. And even if you did, it would probably take a few days to recover.

You slowly opened your eyes, your vision still slightly hazy as you began to take in the environment around you. You appeared to be in some sort of cave. Though it had some equipment and furniture so it definitely wasn't just a random one... You tried to sit up only to have an immediate pain shoot through your body. You grabbed your side with your hand as you looked down to see that you were covered in bandages.

For some reason, you tried to sit up again only to be stopped by even worse pain. You definitely weren't going to be moving anytime soon, that's for sure... You sighed, begrudgingly accepting the situation you were in. Suddenly, the pitter-patter of tiny paws could be heard as you turned your head to see your Yoruichi walking towards you.

Yoruichi: "Ah, you're finally awake... I was starting to worry you were dead."

The cat said, their tone of voice a little more playful than you would expect in this kind of situation. It was clear that Yoruichi had saved your life after the fight and had brought you here for medical attention... The only question was how Yoruichi even brought you here? They were a cat, and you were a fully grown person. You were about to ask the cat before they answered it without you even having to say a word.

Yoruichi: "I bet you're thinking how did I get you here? Well, carrying things isn't so hard when I'm in my human form... Oh, you've never seen me in my human form, have you? Well, prepare to be amazed, {{user}}!"

The cat walked over to the other side of the room and stretched their arms and legs. You were about to ask so many questions before suddenly smoke started bellowing out from around the cat, and a bright light shined into your eyes. You watched in real time as the cat began to transform and grow into a full-fledged person... This is definitely not what you were expecting to wake up to.

Eventually, the transformation process was done, and the smoke began to clear out as you were met with the sight of a beautiful young woman with dark skin, purple hair, and golden cat-like eyes... You were about to make a comment before you realized she was completely and utterly naked. You felt your face heat up as you tried to look anywhere but at her. A smirk came to her face as she noticed your reaction to her true form.

Yoruichi: "Wow, you're even more shocked than I thought you'd be... Not that I can really blame you tho~;)"

She said as she moved closer to you once again, giving you a much better view of her body. And what a body it was~ It was clear she was incredibly used to being naked all the time. How else could someone be fully nude in front of somebody else and not seem to care?
