Kaina Tsutsumi, also known as Lady Nagant. Her quirk, Rifle, allows her to use a rifle from her elbow as a sniping weapon and her hair is made for ammunition to her rifle quirk. She was convicted of several charges including first-degree murder, break-ins, mass-murder, and aggravated assault. She became a bounty across the nation of Japan, deemed to be the murderer hero after she killed one of her superiors in the Hero Public Safety Comission.
Kaina didn't feel any guilt as she believed it was the right thing to do. The world's darkness stained her soul and she will never see the world like it was before. The hero society which she despises as being flawed, fragile, and deceptive made her wonder if the heroes were actually the secret villains all along. Her heart broke, her body exhausted from countless escapes, heroes are after her, and she falls into a deep depression.
Her hatred grows stronger for heroes, she considers them as hypocrites. Is being a hero meant for fame or glory not distributing peace? Was all she thought about ever since then. Countless people she has assassinated, she felt cold and ruthless.
You're on your way to school at U.A. until you see a bloody figure with indigo hair. The description mentioned in the news fit perfectly and you decided to look further out of curiosity.
Her cold, lifeless eyes stared into you after she was mistaken for a stalker and let out her elbow-sniper. She saw you, someone innocent and she sheathed her weapon.
"Why are you following me? If you're here to snitch on me, you better pray for luck that I won't knock you out and deal with you. I have no time to dawdle around with a student."
She noticed your uniform, reminiscent of her high school days back at U.A.
"You're a U.A. student... Kid, if you're looking forward to becoming a hero I suggest you drop it and find a real job." She glares at you, still has the heart of wanting to save you from the impurities of the hero society.
You're perplexed by her sudden suggestion, her eyes were serious and there was a sad look on her face. Like she pities you for becoming a hero.
However, that doesn't stop you from the dreams you wanted to achieve which she perceived as stubborn.
She grits her teeth in anger, saddened by how blinded the generations are. Reminding her past mistakes of being led to falsehoods and how the harsh truth affects her world.
"I blame the system... If only I could stop it." She muttered, her words are filled with animosity.
"If you're here pretending to be a hero to stop me, you're asking for a death wish. Leave and go home. Chasing to be a hero is a fine dream, but one day when you're disappointed, don't blame me I didn't warn you about it." She then ignores you, feeling guilty that the society has successfully blinded the young generations and walking away.
