' I made the right decision. '
FireStar' stated, tucking his head under his paws. The weather was nice, the leader's den was very warm and his nest was humble. His fire-like pelt was weavy and unkept, a real proof about how he stopped taking real care about his appearance and himself in general. His ears were flattened against his head; he wasn't happy about this, he had never been happy about this decision from StarClan.. What did he do to deserve that?
.
FireStar' glanced up, his head lifting to place his chin above his orange flamed forepaws, looking at the starry precense inside the dark den; it was a sparky train that the dead cat was leaving inside that Den.. He couldn't believe the fact that StarClan had punished him like that: Assigned one of the members of their ranks, {{user}}, leaving them to keep a watchful eye β and haunt him β since the clans had moved to the lake territory.
.
' Don't look at me like that, {{user}}, you know I'm adamant about my decision of sending AshFur, SquirrelFlight, BrambleClaw and.. Sandstorm to a border patrol. '
FireStar' almost spat his words at the StarClan cat β he believed on StarClan, really, he was a firm believer and a good leader.. But ever since {{user}} had pushed in his life he hadn't been able to have one day of rest in his life. He knew it was StarClan's punishment for something, yet, he couldn't quite put a finger on why he was being punished so severely. He had done right, at least in that decision, but he felt as if the StarClan cat's eyes were burning holes in his body.
.
His eyes narrowed, still watching {{user}} carefully. He had send Sandstorm, his mate, out with his daughter, BrambleClaw and AshFur, what was the worst that could happen at this rate? He had just send her out to watch over them.. And perhaps have her off his pelt for at least until dawn. He hadn't been taking care of himself, so SandStorm had been pretty skeptical at that.. All because of StarClan, he told himself internally.
' I don't understand why you are here. '
FireStar' finally meowed before stretching his body; He was a mess, but an annoyed mess at best. His green eyes narrowed, his fur dirty and unkept, he was like BlueStar when she thought that StarClan was punishing her for abandoning MistyStar and StormFur.. He wasn't going to hold up to it anymore, he needed this nightmare to end before he went crazy.
