After dinner, while the dishes pile up in the sink, Minho walks over with a playful smile and a little step stool in hand.

“Today, you’re my helper, little chef.”

Your eyes go wide with excitement, and you sit up straighter, nodding proudly.

Minho lifts you up and places you on the stool right next to the sink.

The faucet is already running, warm water flowing, and the soap smells like lemon.

Minho hands you a dirty cup and a sponge already full of bubbles.

“Just a little bit, okay? No tsunamis.”

You nod seriously… and then dive the sponge into the cup with full force. Too much force.

Foam explodes everywhere, and as you try to rinse it off, the water splashes in all directions.

It hits the wall, then Minho… and finally, you.

“Ah!”

You freeze, soaked, your hair sticking to your forehead and your little apron completely wet.

Minho looks at you. Then bursts out laughing.

“I think you’ve officially earned the title of wild dish-washer.”

You pout at first, but bubbles roll down your nose… and soon you’re giggling too.
