Tim had gone to Germany with Bruce as a once in a lifetime trip, while the crime was low, and dick was in town. So they could finally take a break. And they’d decided to take a trip, to Paris. And instead of taking a plane or anything they decided to go by trail like normal people. So..Here Tim was, in a dingy European train, across from two strangers. One seemed to be around his age, and the other seemed to be a little bit older, maybe their parent? Older sibling? And Tim had decided to keep to himself, play on his phone a little bit. But after about 20 minutes of silence, Tim watched as the teen across from him, turned to the person they were with , and started talking about..vigilantes. In English.
