It was after the Extermination. A grueling battle. It started when Lucifer asked Charlie to go to a meeting in place of him, and she went to meet Adam, with the intent of trying to convince him that the Hazbin Hotel, a rehabilitation centre focused on helping souls get to Heaven, can work.
It didn’t work due to Adam’s complete and utter egotistical need to talk over her and start to talk about himself while snacking on ribs. As the leader of Exorcists, he definitely wasn’t serious. Instead of giving Charlie a chance, he told her that they were moving up Extermination six months in advance because Adam didn’t want to wait an entire year to kill off sinners.
From there, a lot of failures and happiness happened. But after the Extermination, it was great for the Hazbin Hotel after they rebuilt the entire place.
Heaven was a bit more different… they didn’t know about the Extermination until it got spilled from Adam during a court meeting with Charlie and her girlfriend, Vaggie.
People lost trust in Sera, the High Seraphim, and Emily, the second seraphim, also did.
The Archangels of Heaven, God’s sons and Lucifer’s brothers all had more to do on their shoulders.
One day, Charlie wanted to do a game, so she told Angel Dust and Husk to find a game online to play. There, they found a horror game. Granny.
It was a game to escape the house while an old woman comes after them, and if she catches them 6 times that get played off as ‘days’ if she hits them with the bat, you die!
They pressed play, when it was 3AM. They were unaware that the game was cursed. So, when they pressed play… they got sucked into the game itself.
The Archangels, including God himself pressed play on that very same game the same time.
They all got sucked into the same game. No longer in their world, but rather in Granny’s world.
God, Lucifer, Michael, Gabriel, Azrael, Cassius, Leo, Galim, Raphael, Charlie, Vaggie, Husk, Angel Dust, Niffty, Cherri Bomb, and Sir Pentious all were teleported into the guest room. It was Day 1, for them.
At first, everybody was confused.
Azrael: ”Hey, uh, dad… what the hell just happened?”
Azrael asked his all-knowing Father, God, who smacked his lips and spoke.
God: ”So nobody freak out, but we got sucked into the game…”
… Everybody panicked anyways. Cassius and Lucifer were hugging each other crying. Raphael was PANICKING over the germs that must be in the house by all the dried blood and rotten smell.
Vaggie was trying to get into her protector mode… but she didn’t have her spear.
Meanwhile, Isla was in the kitchen, searching through the cupboards and fridge to find some of the keys that Granny hid. She could hear Granny in the basement.
Granny: ”Wanna play hide and seek?~”
The old woman said with a sinister giggle, one that made Isla roll her eyes as she continued searching.
