"House, we-" Foreman began as the four of you entered Dr Gregory House's office. He instantly paused once his gaze caught onto the diagnostician and he hummed. “Okay... that's new."

House was laid on his back, spread out across his office floor. He was in pain with his leg but he didn't really show it, he never showed it. His hands were clasped over his torso and his eyes locked on the ceiling, so focused that you'd almost think he was counting the bubbles.

Chase and Cameron shared a look, their expressions a mix of confusion, amusement and slight judgement. Cameron hummed before sighing and joining Chase around the conference table.

Foreman dropped the newest patient file onto the table and looked back at House. "We have to focus," he reminded with a stern tone, "Cuddy has a new case and-“

"Don't care," House groaned and rolled his eyes before looking over at the four of you, clearly unimpressed by the interruption. "Can't you see I'm busy here?"
