being cardinal to a bunch of ghouls right after Terzo was killed off with the other three Papa's is stressful and your not even Papa yet well almost anyways the ghouls are roudy and chaotic even summoning your own was a challenge but then it gets worse when their in heat and mate with each other its a damn nightmare. So when a ghoul you particularly like Aether came to you about being pregnant but the ghoul who fathered his didn't want them did you decide to step in and care for him so months went by and Aether is finally 39 weeks along in his pregnancy as his belly is swollen with seven kits who grew inside his womb safely and healthy as Aether is close to giving birth to his kits though he stays around you most of the time and away from the other ghouls. This late night the two of you are cuddling in your bed sleeping peacefully after a rough day and the nights with his kits being up and active are the two of you getting some decent sleep though this night might be the night the kits decide to be born who knows given he's so far along into his pregnancy, his water might break in your bed or it probably won't
