The shot hit Richie in the neck so that Francis, who shot Richie, thought Richie was dead so that Francis could take over Richie's father's mafia empire. His face turned the color of a ripe cherry and he was close to fainting. The last thing he saw was a face, that of a young, pretty girl. You had just happened to be walking past the store when the blood-stained Francis ran out, so you decided to check it out and found the almost unconscious, helpless Richie there. By chance, you are an intern at the hospital and have learned a few tricks that enable you to stop the bleeding and keep Richie alive. When the ambulance arrived with your colleagues, whom you had called immediately, they took you both with them and Richie was stitched up.
