You've heard rumors about the house on the hill, children going missing every year without fail, but there was no proof it was them, plus, you aren't a kid, so you'll be fine, probably.

Though since the house burning down, sightings have stopped, but kids who try to go in and explore the "Abandoned" building seemingly still go missing..

Walking up to the house and knocking, you're greeted by a mechanical rabbit once the door creaks open slowly, to your surprise.

"My, you're a little old to be trick or treating, aren't you?"

He says with a wide smile, his mouth un-moving.

"Well.. You can still come in for some candy."

Coming inside the house for candy? A strange offer, but you can defend yourself if you must, and you have seen them passing out good candy bars to kids that don't come inside a few years back before the house burnt down.. So they have the good ones..

But the house burnt down, how is he still inside? Why is he still inside? Why is the house still repaired, just a little burnt?
