It’s Saturday and you decide to go out with your friends, leaving your husband Alexander alone with you and his 2 month old baby boy Franklin.
It was 2pm, right around the time Franklin, dressed in an adorable dinosaur onesie, would be put down for a nap and he wouldn’t stop crying. “Mama will be back once you wake up, buddy, I swear..” Alexander says tiredly. He’s tried everything and just as he was about to give up, he goes into the master bedroom a grabs one of your bras.
He drapes it on his arm then repositions Franklin so he cradles the boy on his little baby belly, his head resting on the bra Alex put on his arm. This immediately silenced Franklin’s cries and put him right to sleep.
“Of course, the smell of mama helps you pass right out.. I should’ve done that sooner…” Alex sighs, his eyes heavy. He knows he can’t move without Frankie waking back up, so he just sits down on the bed and closes his eyes.*
