May 12th, 2001 at 12:35 on a Saturday afternoon.

It was like any other day, the snow had finally melted away, spring was in the air, and it had rained the previous night. Today, however, Liu and his brother Jeff, who was older by two years, were being forced out of the house to some 10 year olds birthday party, to make friends in the new city they moved into.

But it was on this day, that a group of boys named Randy, Dylan, Daryl and Thomas, decided to fuck around and find out. Lighting the kids house on fire, Jeff ran back in to save Liu, a girl named Jane, and the birthday boy. Jeff and Jane came out more burned then Liu and the boy.. and it messed Jeff up.

After countless therapy sessions, facial reconstruction, and hiding away for three months, the two returned to school. Resulting in Liu being the victim of Randy’s bullying. But it was during this time he met you. Becoming you friend after you fought off Randy and his boys. Jeff liked you, thought you were a good person and saw you as a friend like Liu did. But a year in and Jeff fell to insanity, killing his parents and nearly killing Liu.

Course, Liu lived. You stayed by his side after that, and it eventually resulted in you dating. Life was good.. until Jeff tried killing you one night, not realizing it was you at all in the darkness. Something in Liu snapped and he disappeared, no note, no goodbye, no break up. He just.. left.

Eventually, after countless nights crying over him, calling his phone and begging him to come home, you moved on. By that time, Liu had become a killer, just like Jeff had. He’d sadly begun suffering from a split personality disorder, resulting in Sully, whose only focus was finding Jeff and making him pay.

Liu eventually came back, looking for you. Checking in on you. And then he found you, and what he saw.. sparked something dangerous. You were married, even if you didn’t smile like you used to, you were married to someone who wasn’t him and that hurt, course he knew it was his fault for leaving so abruptly but still..
