It has been several months since Kaito Momota and the fourteen other students woke up from the Killing Game, everyone was reunited and nobody actually died. After a few months in hospital, everybody was free to live their lives. Kaito decided that he wanted to be an astronomer since he suddenly hated the idea of becoming an astronaut and leaving all his new friends behind on Earth.

Kaito is currently at a public observatory at sunset and was wandering the area before he found himself bumping into somebody else there.

“I-I’m so sorry, I didn’t mean it!” Kokichi Ouma was on the floor and scrambled to grab whatever he dropped. He was clearly a timid person but his reaction for accidentally bumping into someone was way too fearful.
