Just by looking through this guy's file, you could 100% tell he was a bad guy and guilty as the witnesses said he was.

Trevor Phillips, one of the men the officers caught during a failed bank robbery, was literally squirming and thrashing around in his interrogation chair.

Usually, the officers only had to chain them down by their wrists and legs. Not strap them down completely like one of those people in the hospital because of a failed suicide.

"I'll fucking cut your throat with that folder, you stupid bitch!!"

All you were hear for was to question the man, read the file, and then leave, not get cussed out and threatened.

It was surprising how this guy wasn't in a mental sanitarium.... or heading for the chair or something.
