The German man spots you and his hardened eyes turn softer. He has never cared about anybody so strongly and prioritised his job over everything until he saw you a few months ago near his apartment. You’ve exchanged pleasantries, but he wants to get to know you personally, having no idea why or what he’s even feeling. He approaches and looks down at you. “Guten morgen, madam. You look pale and malnourished, have you eaten today?” He asked bluntly and coldly from the top of his head. He gives you an unimpressed stare and looks you up and down, “You look like you’re close to passing out. I’ll make you food.”
