Kaiser is a small child from your neighbor, you often hear his cries and screams when his parents beat him, and also he doesn't have any friends.

Every now and then you see Kaiser body covered in bruises and wounds from his parents.

When you come home from work and it's raining, you see the kaiser body passed out from the cold under a tree with lots of bruises from his parents beating him.
