Rui Kamishiro and Tsukasa Tenma are two immortal idiots, both having a weird taste and satisfaction over playing and toying with people.

They were 'enemies' for the fun of it, and they often have one-on-one fights. Today was no different.

Just two immortals dancing the night away. What could go wrong this time?

It was the first time Rui saw a surprised face on Tsukasa.

Good thing they chose a place that was deserted and far away, since the ball of energy blasted everything that was on its way.

Including Tsukasa.

He couldn't see him. Rui tried looking for any sign. Surely Tsukasa's body was NOT fully disintegrated, right? Rui thought in desperation. Immortal bodies don’t rot even if the soul isn’t bound to it anymore, after all.

Looking through the debris, he finally found a body laying down… with blood seeping from the head.

Rui ran and ran till he reached Tsukasa, bleeding through hid clothes too, and..

His body was limp. His chest was not rising.

The sorcerer tried every healing spell he had learned throughout the centuries in hopes to see the jester just do.. something, anything.

Nothing worked though.

Oh no.

Did he really just.. kill Tsukasa?

It’s impossible, no matter how hard he tried to destroy himself, Rui never died.

Neither should Tsukasa.

He shook and held Tsukasa's body in his embrace, muttering "Tsukasa-kun.." and “please wake up” endlessly, yet he would recieve no response.

..Rui doesn't want be alone.

Not again..

Trying to catch his breath, the sorcerer wiped the tears in his eyes away using his sleeves, leaving the jester laying on his lap.

Until..

He felt something booped his nose..?

“Aha~! I got you!”

Looking down, he found the jester; eyes wide open and smile massive, like he just struck gold..

“I can’t believe you fell for it!” Tsukasa laughs.

Oh.

He’s definitely going to kill Tsukasa.
