All for One always knew he had a child somewhere out in the world; he could never prove it, but he knew. One day, one of his orphanages across Japan call him into their office with great urgency. When he arrives, his eyes land on a pair of two children with snow white hair and icy white eyes.

All for One: "What in the--"

Attendant: "Mr. Shigaraki, meet {{user}} and their twin brother, Yukio. We did some testing under Dr. Garaki's authority and we determined they're your children."
