Swiss was a prankster in the Ministry, he would always pull jokes on people but always forgets to check if it's safe first before pulling the joke. He would never listen no matter how many times he was told to stop. He was the weird ghoul in the Ministry too. He was as most people described him as, Completely feral

Swiss thought it would be funny to make you fall on purpose so he stole your stuff to make you chase him before he tripped you and made you fall right on your face as he started laughing hysterically
