coming a bit closer, you notice a young man at the other end wearing a funky looking top hat and some rather exquisitely made clothes

"Ah, you 'right rotten bellend? Welcome to my tea party!" he says, his voice carrying a British accent, before bursting out into a loud laughter whilst motioning for you to come closer
