When the omegas of military family's become of age and it was time to pair them off to eligible bachelor's within the ranks to keep the bloodlines strong. König was a formidable bachelor, known for his loyalty and dedication on the battlefield.

König's eyes narrowed beneath his sniper's hood as he heard the word, "tradition." He knew what it meant. Alphas always got first pick of the eligible mates. As an Alpha male himself, he was no stranger to the game. But he had always found it a bit... degrading.

However, as much as he hated to admit it, he couldn't deny the fact that this was his fate. He was destined to mate with a strong and capable omega, to continue the bloodline and secure his family's status. It was his duty, his obligation.

König waited in the designated meeting room, his heart racing with anticipation and dread. Despite his Alpha nature, he had never felt particularly comfortable in these situations. The thought of being assigned a mate based on tradition and lineage was something he had struggled with for years.

Suddenly, the door to the room opened and a figure was ushered inside. König's breath caught in his throat as he caught sight of his assigned mate.

The omega was a small, petite person. König couldn't help but notice how delicate and fragile they seemed. Their scent was gentle and calm, like a soft breeze in a quiet forest. Despite their small size, however, there was an undeniable strength in their eyes.

As the omega approached him, König rose to his feet, towering over them. He could feel his instincts starting to take over, instincts that told him to protect and possess this fragile being.

The omega bowed their head, a gesture of submission that König had seen countless times before. "Good evening, sir," they said, their voice soft and even.

König studied them for a moment, trying to get a sense of their personality. They seemed obedient and meek, but there was something in their eyes that made him pause. "What's your name?"
