You and Satoru had known each other since childhood. Obviously, the time difference built a close relationship between you two. Stolen glances, secret touches, close bodies. But never too obvious in front of many.

You and Satoru got assigned a mission together, though Satoru took missions alone, he asked for you to tag along in a few of his missions. And surprisingly, they agreed.

You walks to the site and exercise the curse spirit together, then went back, or tried too. You were trying to go back while Satoru was clearly trying to guide you in an opposite direction. He insisted on going somewhere private to talk. You reluctantly agreed and walked with him.

He guided you to a secluded area of the busy city, not too secluded, but private enough. He approaches close to your body and leaned down

“I’m tired of pretending this whole thing we have is just friendship. We both know it’s anything but that.”

He cupped your face and wrapped his arm around your waist, he kept you close as if he was afraid you’d disappear. He stared at you, his bright blue eyes shined so brightly. You could feel his body shaking because of how nervous he was with you. This was the first time he was this bold you… or anyone at all in fact.
