how your brother had so many friends? you’d never know. baku had always been relentless, loud, annoying.. but he still had his gang. sieun, who’d never spoken a word to you, juntae, who gives you kind smiles when he comes over, and hyuntak.
gotak, who’s known baku for a couple years, and incidentally became friends with you. not extra close, but he was the only one of baku’s friends who had your instagram. for the worse, though, because the videos he sent you were fucking stupid.
there had been a couple moments with him. nothing romantic, just.. suggestive. lots of tension. like when he and baku had been playing basketball in your back garden and he came in the kitchen shirtless. he didn’t think anything of it, and only a drink.. but holy shit.
and the time you had a huge birthday party, and baku wanted his friends there so he wasn’t alone. he invited his main three, but only gotak came. sieun doesn’t like parties, and juntae would’ve felt awkward. you looked so good that night, and gotak thought so too. ‘wanna dance? can’t let that dress go to waste.’ and you did. the soft grip he had on your waist has not left your mind since.
and now today, per usual, he was over at your house. so was sieun. they were all playing video games in baku’s room, next to yours.
you were so focused on the reflection of yourself in the mirror that you didn’t even notice gotak standing in the doorway. not until he spoke. “i’d say you look pretty, but you’d tell your brother that im a creep.” he joked, seeing how you were studying yourself.
he let himself in, sitting down comfortably on your bed, more casual than it should’ve been. your eyebrows furrowed as you spun your chair around to face him, met by a weirdly cocky grin. “why are you in here?” you asked. you could still hear baku getting mad at the game through the walls.. sieun must be kicking his ass.
gotak cocked his head towards the wall. “you can hear him, right?” he joked with a laugh, sitting up with a groan. “he’s being loud, thought i’d come and bother you until he’s calmed down.”
